I was only little, but I do remember some of the 60's. I'm not sure how much is first hand and what is part of American lore that I've absorbed over the years from The History Channel and retrospectives. I remember the lunar landing, Walter Cronkite giving Vietnam dead soldier counts on the evening news, and Laugh In (sock it to me, baby).
This site "Take Me Back To The Sixties" has some good nostalgia.

I guess I can say I lived it? I'm glad you posted the Hair poster, I was fortunate to see Hair on Broadway twice, once in 1968 and once in 1970. Let the sunshine in!
