A Graphic Design Sample

As I've written in a couple of posts this week, I'm working on a new blog for the GLBT PAC where I'm on the Board of Directors. I'm a marketing consultant for work and I put together a quick graphic on Sunday that will be used across all communications from the group regarding their upcoming Awards Dinner. I posted it today if you want to hop over and take a quick look. I've done these for about 10 years, and this is only the second time I've used the rainbow flag pride colors. I proposed a sample where the gears were a silver metallic but the board went with the colorful version.

A special shout out to Gay Canuck for the "Embrace Diversity" ribbon idea.

Very nice. Where does one get the "Embrace Diversity" ribbon?

Hi, I like shiny things.

I searched and searched and searched! Then I emailed GCC and he told me to click on the ribbon. Seemed so obvious when he said it! It will take you to a web site where you can get the code and drop it in your template.

I may have an odd approach here, I do love colour, but I have to think that the other option would have looked really REALLY slick....or maybe I should put my contacts in first before I open my mouth.
