Mike over at Masspurgation posted a Rose of Sharon today. I haven't posted any flower pics in a while so I thought I'd join him and help make this a Rose of Sharon day!
This particular bush has magenta and white planted together so it looks like a dual-color specimen. The bumblebees have been in hog heaven. They have so much pollen covering their bodies it's a wonder they can fly home!

Must be the time for Rose of Sharon. I get to look at Mike's plant, which is very nice as well as Mike who is even nicer to look at. I like the idea of planting the 2 colors together. I will have to talk to Mr. M. about this idea.
