I am actually going through the process of editing down my closets.
Love the tag - nonsensical empathy. LOL
I find I rotate the plates in my cupboard, mainly so they'll wear evenly, but I had one of those childhoods where I was an animist about everything, not just animals, and it used to worry me that some of the dishes were being neglected in favour of others.
I suppose it's off to the nervous hospital for me.
