Re-run the same crossword puzzle that appeared in the paper a couple of weeks ago. Hello, I've looked forward to doing them every week for the past 25 years. And while I have the brain of a sieve when it comes to most things, my Sunday morning crosswords isn't one of them. Crap.

They did a rerun only a few weeks after? That's pretty low ball for a paper. Do you ever do the Saturday NY Times crossword? I've been doing it for a couple years now, and it's always a challenge.
The one I do, billed as from New York Newsday, was carried in the Orange County Register and now the Troy Record. Usually only 2 or 3 boxes open when I'm done.
I haven't done the NYT Saturday, but I do the Sunday if I get to the market to get the paper. Depending on the day, I can get most of that one, too!
You're wicked smaaaht!
Now see? I woulda just re-worked it, congratulated myself on my stellar speed, not knowing I had already done it.
That's litiginous!
I love the crossword, but every so often the paper here publishes the puzzle with the wrong clues. It makes me want to do bad things to good people, y'know?
I just read where crossword puzzles can help to ward off dementia and even Alzheimer's; ever since then I've been buying the big books of them. I photocopy the puzzles and put the books away, so I can go back to them in a couple of years and do them again. Saves $$$.
As for the NYT I can't finish them past Thursday, which kills me, because I want to be smart so badly.
Did I say I do them in ink?
