Why won't South Pacific die already??

I liked your rant on joemygod about gays getting off their butts and doing something instead of always bitching about it. You are so right on the money. I know this has nothing to do with the Tony's, but I had to let you know what I thought.

But, speaking of the Tonys...I was a little over Whoopi...and I usually get a kick out of her. I used to live in NYC and miss having access to shows!

Love your blog, by the way.

Todd--Thanks for the supportive comments...and don't be a stranger around here!

I missed every one of Whoopi's acts. I was flipping between the Tony's and the Lakers vs Celtics. I was beginning to wonder if she was even actually on it!

"South Pacific" is an abomination; that's the island France should test its nukes on! Nice to see "Gypsy" doing so well, and also "Boeing-Boeing", which is a bit obscure - not one of those shows that's been revived to death.

Anyway, it should see us through until the revival of "The Producers".

(BTW, you may be the only person I know who double-teams the Tony Awards and the NBA - kinky!)
