Big Brown May Come Here To Saratoga For The Travers

After a stunning loss at Belmont and a chance to be the first triple crown winner in 30 years, Big Brown's trainer Rick Dutrow Jr. said that unless the horse shows signs of a physical problem, the colt will be pointed to Saratoga Springs for the 139th running of the Travers Stakes on Aug. 23 and then the Breeders' Cup Classic in October.

The Travers is widely regarded as the "fourth leg of the triple crown." And Saratoga's nickname is "The Graveyard of Champions," signifying how favorites often lose there.
