Now I think Mary's work looks very good; this picture is surprisingly flattering, especially after that one of Farrah. I mean, I still wake up screaming...
MSM--I forgot to alter the HTML code so the pic wasn't column wide when you saw it...it this better (or worse)?
It was kinda hard to find a recent face shot of her. This one has to be quite old since she looked a lot worse on the Emmy's. I think she's going to be on Lipstick Jungle this year as Brooke Shields' mother. They'll need some serious make-up, lighting, and gauze over the lens to soften her up.
Since I really like MTM, I chose this photo. It still gets the point across and I don't have to be so catty with all of these posts!
Well, she may have gone overboard.
A lot of these ladies get a bit of surgery and look good, then they get addicted to it and gradually revert to alien form. Joan Rivers is the best example of this; also, you could bounce a quarter off of Carol Burnett's face, which can't be right.
I still quite like this picture, though. She is over 70 after all!
so she looks worse than this now? because i think she looks pretty damn good here.
I always Mary Tyler Moore. More power to her.
I was watching Lipstick Jungle and Mary Tyler Moore is Brook Sheilds mother, she has had another face lift since this picture...when she smiles, her mouth does not move.
I feel sorry for her.
Why do people especially women get face lifts, after so many they look plastic
Aaaaagh! I wish people would give her a break. I think she looks pretty damn good, espcially given her history of diabetes-related skin problems. Not sure I understand why she has on more eye makeup than she wore on the first two seasons of MTM show combined, but it's still better than the understated looks she sometimes goes for.
