I couldn't find a pic from the back where he was sporting serious male patter baldness way back in the Cheers days and wore a partial. I'm not sure how much of a toupee he wears now.
So, with no pic that demonstrably shows the hair piece, I selected this one. He looks really good here.

I don't think he wears a piece in life; I think it was the character Sam Malone who was insecure. He never wore one in "Becker".
With or without it that is one tall, smart, sexy guy...
