Holiday Cards — Score!

Last year, I bitched about how all the holiday cards were produced in China. I had gone to multiple stores and couldn't find a box, any box, made in America. I was willing to pay more, or even accept a crappy design, if they were made here.

Yesterday, at Boscov's in the Colonie Center Mall, I found cards that are made with 100% post-consumer fiber and printed with soy inks. On sale for 60% off — 18 cards for $6.40.

MADE IN AMERICA! SCORE!!!

Yes we can!

The other option would have been to make your own: a little construction paper, a couple of rubber stamps, and a couple of hours is all you need. And then you can guarantee they're made in the USA.
