First it was Pop Culture Institute, then Gay Canuck in the Capital. Today, dear readers, I officially welcome Acid Reflux to my blog roll. I'm adding it at this time because he's just taken it to a new level...starting this week, Acid Reflux is now linked on the Gay Guide Toronto web site. Congratulations!
Acid Reflux is one of only a few that I've stumbled across that documents issues in the gay community that are more common than we think — struggling with addiction and living with AIDS. Throw in that he's a former porn actor/escort and travels the world and you've got quite a story.
His posts are astonishingly honest and emotionally available. He hangs it all out on the line. His tagline says it all, "Being HIV-positive may not have been a choice, but how you pull it off is!"

Hey, I read acidreflux this morning and really enjoyed his blog but the link doesn't seem to be working anymore. It's says the site no longer exists or had been moved? What gives? Anyone else having that problem?
Michael--I've had similar problems and he's talked about it in previous posts. Some type of technical problems with the platform he's using and he's trying to correct it. I found that if I just refresh my browser window when that happens the page loads fine. Technology can be so fickle!
My friend Ryan writes a column for GGT, it's a real hoot.
