Today's corporations have far flung operations requiring a lot of business to be done via email and the phone. What would we ever do without our Inbox and voice mail?

Here's some friendly advice. Make sure you know how to operate your phone and that it's in good working order the next time you dial into a conference call. An entire meeting recently listened to someone go to the bathroom — from turning on the fan and shutting the door right down to a symphony of flatulence, the flush, and a deodorizing spray. Apparently their "Mute" button wasn't functioning. Whoops!
