Every Journey Begins With A Single Step

Our local grocery store chain, Price Chopper, is offering a free pedometer to any customer that purchases five fruits and/or vegetables. I got mine on Friday, and as the weather warms up, I plan on maintaining a goal of 10,000 steps per day. This constant reminder will be a good tool to keep me on track. And it was FREE!

I just can't shop at Price Chopper. I always feel like I get ripped off when I leave. That dam advantage card.

You're lucky. Nobody here is doing anything like that.

BTW, 10,000 steps a day is the best thing anyone can do for their health. Just don't strain yourself, or you won't be consistent. Stretch when you get up and after every bout of exercise. I walk everywhere, which is the source of much weirdness from my friends, but I've lost at least a hundred pounds already.
