I Will Survive

It was just last week that I posted a pic of the first two crocus buds. We were expecting snow the next day and I wondered if they would survive. The photo tells that story...not only did they weather the storm, but they are in fuller bloom and have been joined by three others with more on the way. After these die back, the entire area will be covered by Lily of the Valley.

The daffodils on the side of the house are 5" out of the ground and the hyacinths are up, too. Those will be my next flower posts.

In the meantime, the sun is out, the sky is blue, and it's a beautiful day!
