Sorry, Mr. Holocaust Denier

Good ol' Short 'n' Smelly (Iranian President Ahmadinejad) insisted on Saturday that 15 captured British sailors had been seized in Iranian waters, calling Britain and its allies "arrogant" for refusing to apologize. Ummmm, we're expected to believe someone who denies the Holocaust? Even if he's right about where the Brits were found, his credibility is shot.

This is going to sound really and truly awful. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I know that Mr. Holocaust Denier (he will be known as such only because I don't know how to spell his name and can't be bothered to look it up) is a bad, bad, bad man. "Evil" would not be too strong a word. He denies the Holocaust (hence the nickname) and wants to wipe Israel off the map. Bad, bad man.

However ... I have to constantly remind myself of how bad he is, because, well ... he doesn't look like a bad guy. Growing up and watching movies in America has taught me that bad people are conventionally unattractive, usually with eyes bugging out of their head, a severe disfigurement, a lisp, or all of the above.

Terrible, I know. I had the same problem with Osama bin Laden. Remember that one photo (before he made all those home movies) that was published everywhere just after 9/11? To me, he looked so calm, serene ... sage, even. I prefer my crazy terrorists to look a little crazier, thankyouverymuch.

I'm just awful.

Hae you ever compared the facial features of The Idiot Bush and President Ahmadinejad side by side?

Which one looks like a muslim murderer and which one does not?

Which one is a muslim murderer and jewish appeaser?

Who cares about the holocaust that much anyway? It is history.

Is being a holocaust denier worse than being a n African slave trader responsible for the deaths of over 24m human beings who died slowly and painfully?

Yes, I believe acknowledging the Holocaust is very important. They say those that forget the past are doomed to repeat it. If you ever make it to Washington DC, check out the Holocaust museum.

Regarding the Holocaust vs Slavery, two wrongs don't make a right. Both horrendous. And let's not forget the WW1 Holocaust against the Armenians, what happened in Rwanda, and the Darfur tragedy now.

At least Bush isn't denying that slavery existed.
