I'm In Tech Support Hell

All I want is to take an existing domain name that I own and, instead of pointing to the FTP host company I've been using for years, to point it to a new blogger blog address instead. You'd think this was brain surgery. I've been talking with tech support for days, reading every help file I can, and I grow more frustrated by the day.

I can't find any phone number to call for Google Tech Support. If you can't figure it out from their help posts, good luck. Hey, it's free, so I need to temper my expectations.

I can't find any tech that can help me. I can hear them typing in my question and then they read the help screen to me. Yeah, sweetheart, I already tried that. I want to talk to an expert.

I'm going to keep trying. I have a degree in Computer Science and spent 2.5 years answers tech support calls. I'm no novice, and having been on the other side answering the phone, I know what type of service is possible. No companies seem to be willing to hire, train, and retain high-quality service personnel. It's HELL!
