Welcome To My Blogroll: The Boston Trio

I'm breaking a couple of my "Welcome To My Blogroll" rules with this post. I'm adding three at a time, and they're all from the same city. I haven't had any representation from Boston on my blogroll until now so these additions do represent some diversity. Also, each of the blogs listed here are quite different in their tone and content, so there is more diversity in that regard as well.

Evil Ganome
My Boston blogger experience started with Tony at Evil Ganome. He visits and comments on many of the same sites that I do so I ran across him quite a bit. I added him to my bookmarks and started following him regularly.

We share a love of gardening and it was nice to find another blogger who posted as many pics of flowers and plants as I do. He has a garden in a public space, the Fenway Victory Gardens, where the city has hundreds of plots that various residents take care of as their own. Quite an interesting idea and I can't help but think it's such a Boston thing to do — the PBS show The Victory Garden originates from Boston. He just celebrated his one year blogging anniversary...stop over and say "congratulations."

Mennonno Sapiens
I found Mike at Mennonno Sapiens through Tony. He has the public garden adjacent to Tony's and Tony would refer to Mike in some of his posts. I'm all for finding another gay guy with gardening interests, so I bookmarked him. Mike goes by his nickname "The Naked Gardener" and if you visit his blog, you'll wish he was your very own personal naked gardener, so you could worship his statuesque form. His posts are more political/societal in nature (nature, get it?) and I enjoy reading his observations of Boston life.

Dulce y Peligroso
RG over at Dulce Y Peligroso is new to the blogger world but he's gotten off to a fine start. He's a friend of Tony's and he frequently comments on his blog as well as others I read. Tony kept after him to create his own blog and I'm happy he did. He's a straight shooter, has a biting sarcastic wit, and his posts of sexual exploits are quite entertaining and arousing. I don't know him, but in what I read, he leads my fantasy life!

I like your new additions, and have been a fan of the sexy gnome for quite a while now. I can't wait to read more of Masspurgatation, and have to catch up with Dulce. My reading has fallen way behind with my fellow bloggers :(. I love the Bourne movie as well, and have seen all three. The directing is fabulous, and I love the hand held camera work. What a thrilling ride...

Thanks for the nice plug Gavin and thanks for mentioning both of my buds as well. I thoroughly enjoy reading your blog as well and maybe one of these days we can rendez-vous in NYC and meet in person. Maybe I can drag Mr. Dulce along with me.

Evil Ganome made a comment on my blog once, way back in the olden days. It was nice to get some positive fedback from a total stranger.

As for Masspurgation, I'm still having trouble reconciling that uber-smart writing and those arms...

Gavin, how sweet of you to mention this newbie blogger. I will be sure to put a link to your blog on mine.
