Ooooo! I have grown to really like spirea. I just got a variety of Bluebeard, which is a real misnomer since the blooms are pink on this variety.
My neighbor's back yard when I was growing up was a Spiraea santuary. I had to mow it too, and it SUCKED.
Plus I think Spiraea smells like an outdoor toilet- and not in a good way.
