I thought this was effing hilarious. It reminded me of when I was a manager of a department of seven women. There were times I would lock myself in my office with a sign on the door that read, "Do Not Disturb Unless There Is A Fire." I half expected the ladies to have burned the place down on some days.
Update: The NBC police had the original clip I posted removed from YouTube. Here it is from the NBC site.

The clip I saw live, and yeah, it's SNL, it's their job to make the offensive funny.
I have to say, though, if a male manager chalked up issues at work to my period ... I wouldn't take that too well. That gets old. When I was the only female working with all men overseas, they were also capable of forming an asshole conglomerate at times, and that didn't have anything to do with hormones.
I know it was meant to be funny, just throwing out the female perspective. And no, it's not that time of the month, ha!
The sight of Tina Fey brandishing that ax and screaming will live with me forever.
I think of it more as a cautionary tale about these drugs the pharmaceutical companies are putting out, treating normal bodily processes like they're diseases, and making things worse in the long run.
