How many deer do you see in this pic? Their ability to blend is amazing. Click to engorge. Answer provided below.
Because she is behind another, and she's facing the opposite direction as cb pointed out in the comments, it makes her harder to spot. The coloring on her head is perfect for the background, too.

Did you spot all six? I suspect most will find five...the sixth one isn't a trick, she's in plain sight. There was a seventh but she is out of frame to the right behind the shed.
I spotted 5 unless the thing that looks like a deer carcass is number 6!
Nope, the "deer carcass" is just a fluff of dead grassy weeds. After this goes a while and everyone's had a look, I'll reveal where she is. She's hard to see, but she's there!
I think I see her but it may be my mind playing tricks on me because it is faded? I do count 5, the 6th one is the faded one?
There isn't anything particularly wrong with the photo that is faded where she is concerned although she isn't quite as brown as the others. She just blends in perfect because of her angle, the lighting, and the background.
I prepared the version with arrows pointing to them all that I'll probably post on Friday.
I see a head behind the rump of the third girl from the right. Or I'm seeing things because I need coffee, one or the other..
Doralong wins! :) You can also see her front legs if you look closely between the legs of the one in front of her.
I only saw five...
I only saw five too, but I'll admit they do know their camouflage.
aaahhh..thanks doralong, now I see her! Cool !
I saw six... the trick is that the last one is facing the wrong way--- bitch!
cb, i was going to give that as a hint in the original post but i didn't want to make the answer too obvious right away.
Truth be told, she's facing the BEST way since the others are headed towards the highway and multiple deer have been hit and killed over the years as they cross. You can kinda see the road as a horizontal gray bar about an inch down from the top on the left to center of the photo.
