TV Thursday On Friday: Lost

**SPOILER ALERT**

Here are some of my random thoughts from this week:

• We found out that Locke is a preemie and we met his mother Emily who delivered him after being struck by a car. She was involved with a man twice her age — could this be Christian?
• Richard, appearing the same age that he always does, is outside the hospital nursery window looking at baby Locke in the incubator. The mother wants to give the baby up for adoption. Richard reappeared when Locke is about six years old to test him for a gifted program. When Locke fails the test, Richard says he isn't ready and storms out of the house.
• Richard sends word from Mittelos that they are interested in the teenage Locke since he is gifted. Perhaps now is his time. But given that he seems to have me Richard before, why didn't he recognize Richard him at the Temple?
• Richard knew that Locke is special and potentially Ben's replacement. The fact that Locke is having premonition dreams (see next bullet), and Ben said he used to have dreams but not anymore, would seem to bear that out.
• We met Horace of the Dharma Initiative. He's been dead for 12 years and had the bloody nose at some points, but then not at others.
• After finding Horace's body, Locke finds the blueprints of Jacob's cabin.
• Locke, Ben and Hugo find the cabin and Locke goes in. He finds Christian there, as we suspected from the last time Locke went into the cabin. And now he's got Claire there, who seems unconcerned about her whereabouts or that of her baby. Christian isn't Jacob but he says he can speak for him. Is Christian really Jacob?
• In a separate flashback, Locke meets Mr. Creepy from Hurley's mental ward in a flashback. Locke is rehabbing after he was paralyzed. The guy tells him to go on a walkabout in the Australian outback. It is looking more and more like most, if not all, of the folks on Oceanic 815 were planned to be on that flight.
• Although we know the doctor was dead on the island, in the parallel time, we see him alive and then killed aboard the freighter.
• Will Sayeed arrive at the beach to save the day?
• Who dropped the transmitter out of the helicopter? The friendly pilot?
• Finally, Locke asks Christian, "How do I save the island?" The answer, "Move it."

Did I miss anything Losties?

I posted my questions about last night too...

I just want to know one thing...Is Christian really dead? Remember his coffin was empty. BUT, we know Jack & Hurley can see dead people. Can Locke see dead people too? Now Claire can see him? Is this island giving everyone "The Sixth Sense"?

Claire not caring about her baby is odd. It just throws a hurdle on any assumption that you can trust her. That "Jacob's Cabin" scene kind of gave me the sense that Claire and Christian were privvy to some kind of "game" being played on the island. But Claire's lack of interest in Aaron is disconcerting. Who is Aaron? And if Claire is "the only one who is supposed to raise him," ...

Is Locke at a pivotal point now that he has to put his nerdy science talents to work? --He's got to figure out how to move his beloved island! He seems to have taken many jabs in his life while keeping his cool in a kind of "angelic" or passive fashion. Is he going to "fall"? Remember when Ben said to Richard, "he isn't who we thought he was"...? And when he chose the knife over the book, was that a deliberate avoidance? --Remember Richard said he wasn't ready?
