A Walking Companion

Every evening between 7 and 7:30, my neighbor comes over and we go for a walk out on our street. We do three laps which takes about a half hour. You can see how green everything is from all the rain.

It's odd to hear my own voice — it's a lot higher than I realized. You can hear my flip flops in the beginning but the sneeze is from my neighbor.

Chiquita has taken to walking most of the way with us. In reality, she is hungry and walks with us so that when we get to my driveway, she scoots up and looks back to see if I'm following her. Of course, on the last lap, she leads me directly to her food dish. Just like a cat!

That's not your usual voice, that's your "talking to a baby/pet voice"! I hear that from Wayne and me whenever we talk to Tommy, his cat!

I'm with you. I HATE the way my voice sounds on video or recordings, LOL. Btw... you sound fine, nothing to worry about. Great blog !
