Anna Nicole, I'm Definitely Jaded

Anna Nicole Smith's lead attorney in the Bahamas withdrew as her counsel, citing disagreements on matters of strategy and concerns about her conduct.

Am I the only one who thinks Anna Nicole Smith married her long-time best friend and lawyer Howard Stern so one of them wouldn't have to testify against the other in a possible trial in the death of her son Daniel? Maybe her son had a headache after a long plane ride to the Bahamas and she gave him some of her methadone that tragically interacted with his other meds? (Just asking, not like she could possibly be detoxing from a heroin addiction or anything.) Could that be negligence or worse? I'm not saying either intentionally did anything to hurt Daniel as all reports seem to indicate loving relationships. But I don't know the ins and outs of the law where someone could be charged.

I'm either jaded, have watched too many Law & Order episodes, have turned into a conspiracy theorist like a dear friend of mine, or I'm intuitive and right. I vote all of the above.
