Is he wearing a disguise? Is he now clean shaven? Has he dyed it as is common among high-ranking Middle Eastern officials? Only his hairdresser knows for sure.

Who knows, but the facial features definitely look different. But I'm no expert!
I was surprised how they were going on about the beard. It's not too difficult to dye it. And I agree with Steve, his facial features don't seem to be the same. I don't know, eventually he'll fade off into the sunset.
