TV Monday On Tuesday: Heroes

This year, no exhaustive recaps because they were, well, exhausting.

SPOILER ALERT

Some new characters were introduced and some new plot lines revealed:

Maya: A Honduran woman making her way to the U.S. with her brother Alejandro. When she's threatened, her powers go out of control and all the people around her get killed leaving blood running from their eyes. They're running from the police on suspicion of murder. She does seem to leave a path of dead bodies in her wake.

King Midas: A mysterious type with the ability to turn metal into gold. He offers Mohider the financial backing to find the cure for the virus that is causing the deaths of the heroes. This "virus" could be a ruse to get access into "the company," a plan he has hatched with HRG.

Molly: Bad dreams of an new evil-doer. She, the little girl we met at the end of last season with the power to locate any hero, is drawing increasingly scary pictures at school. She's living with Parkman now.

Kensei: The owner of Hiro's stolen sword and legendary Japanese hero is really a Brit and a bit of a scoundrel. Hiro is still back in 17th century Japan.

HRG's new irritating boss has some potential as a new character although HRG seems to have put an end to his shenanigans.

Peter Petrelli is alive in Cork, Ireland, chained inside of a storage unit, and has amnesia but still has his powers. It looks like he's spent all summer in the gym. A bearded and disheveled Nathan has turned to booze thinking his brother is dead.

Ando fails to save George Takei, Hiro's father, as he is killed on the rooftop by a mysterious hooded Hero that he recognizes but remained hidden to us. Angela, Nathan and Peter's Mom, is next. The fancy integral sign is the signal of impending doom.

I was completely lost on Heroes; which left me disappointed. I've had a bit of the flu, and medicine head. I'm blaming it on that!

Steve--yes, there was a lot of jumping around to set up the coming season's story lines. Seems a lot of the story telling is non-linear...kinda like Lost.

I can't believe I didn't have any comments on the hot pic of Peter. Not even on what appears to be an inverted nipple!
