Answer to Previous Question on Stamp #15:

The fastest land animals in America are Pronghorn Antelopes. The pronghorn can reach speeds around 60 mph and can maintain a pace of 45 mph for several minutes. The only faster land animal is the cheetah, reaching speeds of 70 mph for short distances.


On May 27, 2006, the U.S. Postal Service released the Wonders of America stamp collection. There are 40 stamps that feature natural and man-made wonders of the United States. The front of each stamp illustrates the superlative nature of a particular place or thing and the name or location of the featured wonder. Text on the back of each stamp provides relevant statistics and other interesting information.
