Wonders of America Trivia Stamp #20

SPOILER ALERT — READ TRIVIA POSTS IN ASCENDING ORDER.

New Question on Stamp #20:

Where is the longest hiking trail in America?

Hint: It doesn't have anything to do with Forrest Gump.

Answer will appear in post with "Stamp #21" in the title.

Answer to Previous Question on Stamp #19:

The tallest man-made monument in America is Gateway Arch. The Gateway Arch in St. Louis memorializes the national expansion that took place under President Thomas Jefferson. Completed in 1965, the arch spans 630 feet and rises to the same height; it was built to withstand earthquakes and high winds.

On May 27, 2006, the U.S. Postal Service released the Wonders of America stamp collection. There are 40 stamps that feature natural and man-made wonders of the United States. The front of each stamp illustrates the superlative nature of a particular place or thing and the name or location of the featured wonder. Text on the back of each stamp provides relevant statistics and other interesting information.
